Ricky C. Johnson Sr., Founder & CEO
His career began as an apprentice working for heavy civil engineering general contractors. For which inspired RCJ, Sr. to become the founder and RMO / CEO / Pres. (Owner) of RCJ & Associates, Inc. as a heavy civil General Engineering Contractor, class (A) in 2009. Leading RCJ, Sr. into executive roles in contract negotiations, labor and industrial relations, compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce safety development.
Ricky is also recognized for his role in mentoring emerging contractors and his contributions to public safety initiatives across California, including his work on the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and the California High-Speed Rail.
